With the increasing popularity of sporting short wedding gowns among brides, I predict that both spring and summer weddings in 2010 are going to be more youthful and fun than in seasons past.
I also believe that 2010 bridal couples are going to get more creative in how they personalize their wedding and entertain their guests. For example, do you recall the couple, Jill and Kevin, who marched down the aisle to the song, “Forever” by Chris Brown? If not, here’s peek of that video below.
I absolutely love this! Don’t you? This is wedding that created a very lasting impression on Jill and Kevin’s wedding guests and even the millions of viewers who were captivated with their wedding entrance.
There are all sorts of ways to personalize your wedding and this is something that I am very adamant about when working with clients. As an event designer, there is nothing worst than attending a wedding as a guest and feeling like you have already been there some many times before.
So, I advise you to not be afraid to be creative when planning your wedding. Please do not think you have to follow every tradition or do it the way your mother and mother’s mother did it, rather create your own traditions. Find ways to “WOW” your guests and incorporate a lot of fun!
